Roadside Assistance Membership

Up to 30 KM Free Towing

For Gold and Platinum members, each eligible towing service includes up to 30 KM of towing from the vehicle pickup or breakdown location, subject to the applicable membership terms.

Any distance beyond the included 30 KM may be chargeable at the applicable rate.

What Does "All Bengal Coverage" Mean?

Your membership is designed to provide eligible roadside assistance and towing support across West Bengal, subject to SK BROTHERS TOWING SERVICES' operational service availability.

Whether you're travelling through a city, town, district or highway, your membership can help you access eligible assistance when you need it.

• Membership benefits are available only during the active membership period.
• Silver includes 3 roadside assistance services during 1 year.
• Gold includes 3 roadside assistance services and 3 towing services during 1 year.
• Platinum includes 10 roadside assistance services and 10 towing services during 3 years.
• Gold and Platinum towing benefits include up to 30 KM per eligible towing service from the vehicle pickup or breakdown location.
• Additional towing distance beyond 30 KM may be chargeable.
• Each eligible assistance or towing request counts as one service benefit.
• Unused benefits do not automatically carry forward after membership expiry.
• Membership benefits are subject to vehicle eligibility and applicable service conditions.
• Customers may be required to provide membership, vehicle and location details before assistance is dispatched.
• Service availability and response time may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle condition and operational availability.
• Additional charges may apply for services outside the included membership benefits.
• Membership does not cover vehicle repair costs, replacement parts, fuel, accident-related damages or personal injury unless specifically stated.
• Membership is not an insurance product.
• Membership is subject to SK BROTHERS TOWING SERVICES' applicable terms, exclusions and service conditions.
• Any applicable taxes, additional charges or special recovery or equipment charges should be communicated before service wherever reasonably possible.
• SK BROTHERS TOWING SERVICES reserves the right to refuse a request that is unsafe, unlawful or outside the scope of the membership.
